I am an experienced and accredited Clinical Supervisor, Counsellor, and Coach, with specialist expertise in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, anxiety, depression, and complex presentations. I work with qualified therapists, trainees, and practitioners in private practice who are seeking reflective, evidence-based supervision grounded in professional standards.
My supervisory approach is integrative, reflective, and ethically focused, informed by established supervision models and aligned with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and recognised professional frameworks (BACP). Supervision offers a balanced space for support and appropriate challenge, helping you think clearly, work safely, and develop confidence in clinical decision-making.
I provide supervision for:
- Counsellors and psychotherapists
- Trainee therapists and newly qualified practitioners
- Coaches working with emotional wellbeing, eating behaviours, or body image
- Practitioners working with eating disorders, disordered eating, anxiety, trauma, and high-risk clients
Supervision sessions focus on clinical formulation, ethical considerations, risk management, therapeutic relationship dynamics, countertransference, boundaries, and practitioner wellbeing. Particular attention is given to working with complexity, relapse risk, safeguarding concerns, and practitioner self-care to reduce burnout and isolation in clinical work.

My style as a supervisor is warm, structured, and thoughtful. I aim to create a supervisory relationship where you feel safe to reflect openly, while also being appropriately challenged to deepen clinical insight, maintain ethical integrity, and strengthen your professional identity.
I offer individual and group clinical supervision, available online and in person Supervision frequency and structure are agreed collaboratively to meet your professional body requirements, training needs, and client caseload.
All supervision is conducted in line with professional ethical guidelines, with a clear supervision contract and a strong emphasis on confidentiality, accountability, and best practice.

Individual Supervision (1.5 hours) - £145
Individual supervision trainees (1.5 hours) £80
Group Supervision of 2 - 3 people (price available on request)
Reports, Letters and Trainee Paperwork charged at additional £30 per hour.
